Job Description
:
Position: Trade Operations Executive
Industry: Commodity Trading (Steel)
Location: Bugis Area
Salary Range: S$3,500 to S$4,500
Variable Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end trade operations
- Preparation of full set shipping documentations (Contracts, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, letter of credit application preparation, bill of lading instructions, credit/debit notes, LOI etc)
- Handling of contracts related activities
- Handling of L/C related activities (Import & Export)
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders for deal information, liaising with the bank
- Min Diploma
- Min 2 - 3 years of experience in similar capacity within the commodity trading sector, dealing with international trade
- Experience with dry bulk products will be a plus
- Proficient with Incoterms, SA0050
- Familiar with trade execution in a commodity trading environment
- Microsoft office proficiency
