Responsibilities


Perform permit declarations in an accurate and timely manner, that is compliant and meet with both Customs requirements and customer requirements. Liaison between the customer and data entry team to ensure timely response over calls & emails, and closure of jobs. Preparations of monthly KPI / performance reports for customers Preparation of SOPs for new shipments / accounts onboarded to GUUD Assisting in Logistics support with tasks including but not limited to: + Import Breakbulk services
+ Preparations of Delivery orders and other trade documents
+ Preparations of reports for customers (daily/weekly/monthly)
+ Customer Service support for key customers
+ Handling and replying customer requests or clarifications via physical contact, email, phone or other means.
