6 Months Contract Location: Raffles Place Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 Immediate Starters Monday to Friday; 9AM - 6PM
1. Roles and Responsibilities \xe2\x80\x93 Trade Processing role
- Perform Operations on trades clearing and processing
- Process FX swap rollover for counterparty and clients
- Process FX delivery
- Disseminates daily, monthly, Tax statements and reports to internal and external customers
- Liaise with other clearing firms or clearing house for trade transfer, deletion and position transfer and resolving of any trade disputes
- Liaise with traders or customers on any trade\xe2\x80\x99s issues and trades allocation
- Submission of SGX PCS and Foreign markets large position reporting
- Ensure no disruptions in daily business as usual in terms of accuracy and timeliness in meeting Service Level Indicator as established with Business
- Attend to internal and external customers\xe2\x80\x99 queries received from internal BU
- Adhere to documented procedures, control guidelines and compliance framework
- Support manager and team to streamline processes, document user requirements, and perform UAT
- Coordinate with stakeholder and provide UAT support on new initiatives or system enhancement
- Update Management statistics for Management reporting on monthly basis/ad hoc basis
- Ensure that discrepancies/exceptions, if any, are immediately reported to Section Head/Team Lead and ensure prompt and effective resolution
- Handle queries from internal stakeholders and external counterparties
- Handle ad-hoc assignments/projects/initiatives as assigned
- Possess strong knowledge in Futures & Leverage FX Settlement and trade processing.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Futures & Leveraged FX
- Possess prior experience on Risk and Controls, Audit and Compliance matters
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook Excel, Word) and VBA will be an added advantage
- Able to work on Holidays
- Work well under pressure, a strong team player and work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess good leadership and positive attitude, meticulous and is attentive to details.

- Pro-active with the ability to work independently and a strong team player are essential attributes
