Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Business Development,sourcing and marketing energy and renewables
- Communicate and work with the Commercial Team in developing the trading and P&L Strategy
- Pro-actively identify,develop new trading counterparts and opportunities
- Intensify existing relationships with trading counterparties
- Coordinate and work with trade finance and risk teams internally to cross deal making hurdles
- Oversee operations team and be responsible for all aspects of trade execution
- Freight and chartering when required
- At least 5 years of commodities trading experience
- Track record of strong physical trading performance
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the market and an understanding of how markets function and the opportunities present
- Strong and responsible risk appetite
- Collaborative attitude and continuous improvement mindset
