FunctionCommodity TradingThe position is responsible for trading a basket of feedstuff commodities . The incumbent will be part of a team with responsibility for devising, coordinating and executing regional trading strategies. We are looking for individuals with a strong interest and track record in commodities trading, someone who has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Your Responsibilities

• Manage and achieve PNL targets on certain commodity lines
• Develop and execute on trading strategies for both international and local trade
• Oversee market and freight risk and execution to ensure the timely and efficient execution of contracts
• Liaising with origins and destination ADM offices to ensure an efficient least-cost supply chain as well as contractual contract execution
• Identifying and executing arbitrage opportunities that add value to the Group
• Compiling and distributing accurate market information and communicating this with other members of the Group and the wider ADM divisions

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree with business/economic/trading background preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years commercial experience, including trading and logistics in agricultural commodities
• Previous experience on container flow will be a plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Conducts business with high level of ethics
• High level of analytical thinking with strong self-initiative
• Entrepreneurial mind-set
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Mandarin language proficiency to communicate with overseas clients/suppliers will be a bonus
