Job Description

Location: Boon Lay

Responsibilities: Manage the daily planning and execution of shipments:

• Execute and manage all transportation-related processes for export / import shipments:

• Support and facilitate on-time customs clearance processing prior to shipment departure for export and shipment arrival for import using SPM system

• Ensure invoices, documents are process and forward to service providers within stipulated KPI timeline for shipping document preparation and customs clearance

• Troubleshoot and resolve various grief issues through close liaison with various support teams

• Manage IBGI process

• On-time monthly shipment reports update and ensure high level of accuracy

• Close coordination with forwarders, internal and external customers in ensuring smooth execution of shipments

• Coordinate on DG cargo transportation and manage 3PL invoices

• Daily check and manage Engine orders through Engine report and close coordination with EPA team, Operations and forwarder on EPA documentation and collection

• Work closely with cross functional teams on process alignments whenever required

• Manage shipping documents archiving

• Sortation/duplication of invoices and ensure they are in good order

• Validation of billing details on product invoices through CRM WebUI and ensure document accuracy for export shipping documents and customs processing

• Tally check on physical cargo quantity/case accuracy against packing list and coordinate on daily cargo collection by various transporters

• Any other tasks as and when assigned by Supervisor
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 years of working experience in supply chain / freight forwarding / shipping or transportation operations

• IT savvy and proficiency in using MS Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint), SAP
