Job Description
- Manage a team of crane drivers and/or operators and fleet maintenance and serviceability/availability
- Interface with external customers
- Update customer on job status
- Provide excellent Customer Service
- Ensure that jobs are completed for invoicing & driver commissions updated within the established KPI
- Co-ordinate activities between stakeholders
- Identify risk factors that impact efficiency and safety of transport execution
- Plan effective incident / crisis management initiatives
- Track and monitor the daily delivery performance of the fleet
