1. Maintaining smooth traffic flow in/ out of RWS and monitoring of carpark occupancy. 2. Carpark enforcement duties including illegal parking, touters, vehicle with engine left 'on', collection of tailgate and illegal parking penalties. 3. Events support including reservation of carpark lots, verification and directing of event vehicle, buggy shuttle service, displaying event signage, closure of lanes / ramps, Managing public and team member transport queue line of RWS 8, taxi queue, GHJ and night team member transport. Enhancing guest experience by providing jump starting cars and assisting to change puncture tyres. Providing assistance to guest at exit gantries and carpark redemption kiosk. Prompt emergency response to guest injury or traffic collision. Controls duties .Monitoring traffic flow via CCTV .Monitoring of entry and exit gantries operating effectiveness .Enquiries through intercom .Deactivating of VAS vehicle 9.Coach bay duties .Data verification of RMTA arrivals/ departure, free independent travellers, DFS program .Coach bay fee collection .Issuance and accounting of complimentary tickets .Tabulating Tour Group Arrival, Bus Arrival, Flash reports .Ensuring smooth traffic flow of coaches in coach bay and managing guest crossing .Guest enquiry services
