Job Description
- Ensure efficient deployment of drivers / transport activities.
- Maintain drivers\' daily attendance & deployment.
- Verify trip claims ( Cash Card ).
- Monitor maintenance of equipment / vehicles.
- Timely reporting of vehicle, cargo damage, incidents ( If any ).
- Fulfilment of outsourced vendors if fleet is unable to cope with shipments.
- Continous engagement with management on training opportunities related to warehousing, inventory & trucking matters.
- Timely submission of documents.
- Updating all job orders.
- Ensure team adhere strictly to all safety & legal requirements.
Job Requirements
- Min 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Familiar with Singapore roads.
- Able to lead team of drivers, cargohand.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Forklift driving permit preferably.
- Must posses good \'Leadership & People Skills.
Working Days (Per Week) 5.5 (2 Saturday Off per month / Half Day)
