Support and assist the restaurant manager in managing the restaurant
Supervise a team of service crew to ensure the restaurant smooth operation
Handle cashiering duties and banking duties
Guide and train new/existing service crew
Maintain utmost service standards and discipline among the service staff
Constantly obtain customer feedback to ensure satisfaction
Attend to customer complaints (if any)
Other Ad-hoc assigned by management
Requirement
Passionate in F&B industry
Possess of experience in F&B industry is a plus
