Our training and development program involves on-the-job learning with the Rates & FX Sales desk, along with other desks within the Global Markets Division. We provide regular in-house learning opportunities via a global training portal with a broad offering of courses designed to enhance your knowledge of the banking industry and deepen your understanding of compliance issues and risk culture. In-person or live teach-ins will also enhance your product knowledge and systems knowledge. The program will offer networking opportunities with other departments and Senior Management, and also mentorship opportunities. As part of your attachment with the Rates & FX Sales desk, you will have the opportunity to work with other teams such as Trading, Structuring, Research, Risk, Debt Capital markets, Treasury, Relationship Management, amongst others. You will also gain comprehensive understanding of a wide range of asset classes and products, and diverse institutional client segments such as Hedge Funds, Sovereign Wealth funds, Asset Managers, Banks, and Insurance firms, amongst others. • Fresh graduates (undergraduate or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree) who have done well academically and/or excelled in other areas
• Students in their last year of undergraduate or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree who have done well academically and/or excelled in other areas
• Graduates with 1-2 years of working experience (prior working experience in financial markets is preferred but not essential)

• This is a placement role for a 1-2 year development program based in Singapore. The initial contract is for a one year period, with the option for the Bank and Trainee Officer to extend the contract for another year, subject to the satisfactory performance of the employee

• During the course of his or her employment, Trainee Officer may be considered for conversion to a permanent role within the Rates and FX Sales team, or the broader Global Markets Division, subject to opportunity and fit within the team
