Your Future Role:
As a Trainee Broker, you will play a key role in expanding the company's presence in the Singapore market while supporting the wider Asia team. Your responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining a list of potential customers through research (database, websites, LinkedIn, trade press, etc.).
Proactively reaching out via sales calls, emails, and visits (both in-person and virtual) to convert prospects into long-term customers.
Developing strong relationships with cargo operators to ensure access to the widest range of aircraft solutions.
Managing charter bookings end-to-end -- from initial enquiry to flight completion.
Responding to urgent charter requests with agility and professionalism (including outside regular hours).
Preparing and presenting tailored quotes that demonstrate sound commercial judgment.
Monitoring and overseeing flight departures to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Key Requirements:
Fluency in English and Mandarin speaking ability OR Native Indonesian Speaker
Ability to speak an additional Asian language such as Indonesian, Malay is an advantage.
Prior B2B sales experience
Results-driven, goal-oriented, and thrives in a competitive sales environment.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to adapt quickly and provide solutions under pressure.
Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
Independent worker with strong teamwork skills.
