Job Description

What you will be working on:
1) Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics to support facility management in JTC's buildings and estates, including energy consumption forecasting and predictive maintenance 2) Develop and deploy full-stack Gen AI/AI applications that support real-time decision-making systems that combine multiple data sources to provide comprehensive insights for facility management decisions, and support the ptimization of building operations and resource allocation based on dynamic conditions and usage patterns 3) Research and implement emerging AI/ML techniques including edge AI to enhance system performance 4) Evaluate and recommend build versus buy decisions for AI/ML solutions by conducting technical assessments of commercial platforms, open-source alternatives, and custom development options to determine the most cost-effective and suitable approach
