Job Description
What the role is:
1) Trainees will support JTC's perm staff in managing its SME and micro-SME customers, which will enable JTC to deliver more customised and responsive service to this customer segment. 2) This role will include, among others, assisting companies affected by JTC's land recycling plans in relocating to other properties and facilitating the smooth transition of lessees of JTC's ex-HDB developments to tenancies when their leases expire. Key competencies: Interpersonal and Customer Management, Problem-Solving and Creative Thinking skills, Real Estate Knowledge
