A Service trainer typically works in the food industry and is responsible for instructing new employees on how to perform their job duties.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
Facilitates competency assessment of employees and other methods to measure effectiveness.

Sources training providers as needed for in-house seminars/training programs and does proper coordination.
Does training coordination for in-house seminars which includes sourcing and securing of venue, budget requests, participant invitation and confirmation and supporting training materials, coordination with facilitators, and providing on-site assistance during in-house seminars.
Reviews orientation material and implement improvements as needed.

Provides assistance in conducting training needs analysis and ensures proper documentation
Willing to do field works.
