Identify the training needs, create and execute learning programs and strategies.
Analyse the organization and market needs, develop the training programs to meet those needs.
Liaise with management to identify the learning needs to support the success of individual, team and organization.
Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of training programs and performance of instructors to find out the improvement needed.
Develop procedures and policies to strengthen the learning programs.
Develop Grab / Trench Cutter Machine Operation training programme including but not limited to practical training, classroom lesson and individual assessment. Monitor, review and evaluate performance of trainees for any improvement.
Requirements:
10 years foundation working experiences in operating of Grab Machine or Trench Cutter Machine in LTA project.
Require crawler crane license.
Must have deep knowledge in mechanical of the Grab Machine / Trench Cutter Machine.
