Job Description

ISTA Solutions Inc. is currently looking for professionals with previous experience in Training. This position requires previous background/s in Training/QA, preferably with standardized metrics for CSR, capable to work on site at Makati/Mandaluyong and for night shift.:
* Establish QA Processes to ensure that the team is within industry-accepted standards
* Oversee aspects of quality by establishing metrics, and developing new tools to meet platform goal
* Develop and execute training modules, plans and procedures
* Coordinate with Management for necessary adjustments if necessaryQualifications:
* Candidate must have at least 1-2 years of BPO Experience
* At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Training
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Amenable to work in either Makati or Mandaluyong site in a night shift schedule
* Can start ASAPCompensation package includes a salary of PhP 25,000 - PhP 30,000 basic pay + 10% night differential + PhP 1,500 attendance bonus and other benefits such as:
