Job Responsibilities:
. Deliver high energy impactful training programs. Facilitate with passion!
. Facilitate and support the development of training materials related to induction,product, process, systems, sales and soft skills.
. Provide learning impact and learner feedback insights to wider Capability team tosupport continuous improvement and planning.
. Be a team player within the PE team and provide support to other members of theteam as required - this may include supporting capability initiatives across the Group.
. We are all responsible for taking reasonable care of our own safety and wellbeing at work, and to avoid adversely affecting the safety and wellbeing of another person atwork.
. Always be on the lookout to improve the way we work, and speak up with suggestionsfor a better way, with the aim of exceeding our customers' expectations.
. Plan your work and be ready to take advantage of the opportunities and risks that comewith our ever-changing industry.
. Protect the brand, reputation and profitability of TPG by maintaining the confidentiality,integrity and availability of its information assets and information systems.
. Be familiar with policies and procedures, as well as completing any associated training,as communicated or made available on the intranet and our learning systems.
Job Requirements:
. 2+ year's experience in training role or similar.
. 2+ year's experience in a People Leadership position is preferable.
. Related Bachelors degree or other qualification is advantageous.
. Diploma in workplace Assessment/Training
. A consultative approach and strong training skills.
. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to facilitate soft skill andtechnical skills based programs.
. Excellent communication skills and highly service orientated.
. Strong working knowledge of MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
. Experience within the telecommunications and BPO industry is desirable but notessential.
