Job Description
Position Summary: This individual will be responsible for training new operators as well as re-training current operators to ensure that all operators reach and maintain line speed requirements, while maximizing yield.Must be able to learn and eventually perform all job functions for the entire production line, meeting specifications, efficiency speeds and productivity in order to train the operators and lead by example.When required, to assist with production quality control and problem solving.Attractive incentives that are based on the overall productivity of the trainees.Skill Summary: * Good hand-eye-brain coordination for various operator functions* Good at finding better ways to do the various operator functions* Good at training / coaching other operators* Knowledge of office machinery (e.g. computer & document scanner)* Must be self-motivated and able to work with and without direct supervision* Excellent attendance, punctuality, safety and work ethics* Must have strong organizational, communication & interpersonal skills* Bi-lingual skills (& dialects) will be helpfulEducation & Experience Requirements: At least Diploma or relevant training certifications
