Responsibilities

Conducting field training
Regional support for Regional Training Team
Checking/research in the current market situation
Create materials and conduct training depending on trainers, promoters and sales team
Complete performance improvement plan and measurement of sales promoter during coaching / learning intervention.
Conduct region audits to check the trainers, sales team and promoters on their familiarity on the existing and newly launched products.

Requirements

1 year of experience is required
Adequate knowledge with smart phones, retail industry, consumer psychology and behaviors, and selling experience.
