Job Scope
Administrative and logistics support in training administration including the following:
Maintain the course catalogue in the HR system e.g. create courses and update course dates for staff to apply and edit course details where necessary;
Manage course registrations (e.g. register staff with external training providers, process training grants (where applicable), process course cancellations or postponements;
Track training invoices to ensure that payments are made on time and provide supporting documents to verify them
Maintain and update staff training records in the human resource system(s);
Liaise with and answer queries regarding trainings from the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s staff and training providers;
Provide logistics and administrative support for in-house courses (both virtual and hybrid arrangements) such as preparing and printing course materials and attendance lists, prepare and set up training venue based on programme requirements, and provide onsite administrative support on the day of the programme (e.g. taking attendance)
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operational and administrative support for HR departments;
Good team player with a high level of initiative and able to work independently;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Good coordination, time management and organization skills;
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
IT Savvy with good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office.
