This position reports to the HR Head and support the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives, while contributing insights from internal audit experience to strengthen governance, compliance, and reporting processes. The role involves coordinating training programmes, reviewing learning effectiveness, and supporting the development of frameworks to track training outcomes and align them with organisational objectives.
Specific Responsibilities
Conduct Training Needs Analysis - review business requirements, identify skill gaps, and recommend suitable learning interventions.
Oversee Programme Delivery - coordinate end-to-end training execution, including vendor management, participant engagement, and compliance with HR policies.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness - analyse post-training feedback, track learning outcomes, and prepare management reports with recommendations.
Strengthen Governance & Processes - enhance training records, audit readiness, and reporting frameworks by applying internal audit experience.
Technical Skills and Competencies
Learning & Development Tools - familiar with LMS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, Moodle) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for training reports.
Training Needs & Evaluation - ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), design evaluation forms, and analyse feedback/data.
Governance & Compliance - knowledge of HR/training policies, audit requirements, and record-keeping standards.
