The TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST is accountable for identifying learning requirements and collaborating with diverse functions and brand representatives to design and create learning and development solutions tailored for contact centre ambassadors.

Description

  • Construct and execute L&D strategies and training initiatives that align with the organization\'s goals for the client experience team
  • Compile, generate, and secure training procedural manuals, guides, and educational materials.
  • Foster engaging and cooperative partnerships with involved parties.
  • Instil a sense of inquisitiveness and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Evaluate and propose development plans for contact centre talent.
  • Assess program effectiveness using evaluations, surveys, and input.
  • Sustain awareness of the latest trends in training and advancement.
  • Serve as a dependable contact point for all learning and development inquiries.
  • Offer administrative assistance in planning and delivering L&D events.
Profile
  • 3 years of demonstrated training expertise.
  • Background in Training/People Development specifically for Retail or luxury brands\' contact centre personnel.
  • Proficient in communicating effectively using the Retail industry terminology.
  • Proven history of devising and executing successful training initiatives.
  • Familiarity with both contemporary and traditional training approaches.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Capacity to effectively plan, manage time, and juggle multiple tasks.
  • Adeptness in adapting to uncertainty and shifting priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a rapid learning aptitude.
  • Advanced organizational proficiencies suitable for handling multiple assignments.
  • Prior experience in utilizing Vonage and Salesforce systems is essential.
