Responsibilities:
1. Manage operations and learning administration
2. Support data collection and analysis (for diagnosis and evaluation)
3. Coordinate for programs
4. Manage e-learning portal
5. Support trainer/programme onboarding
6. Supervise customer service team
Qualifications and qualities required:
1. Diploma and above
2. Min 2 years in training operations or project management
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
4. Spirit of excellence and resilience
5. Self-motivated
Preferred skillset:
1. Project management skills
2. Tech and social media savvy
3. Self-starter, a fast learner who is detail-oriented.
4. Ability to work independently and as a team across different functions
5. Proficient in English (ability to read and speak Mandarin is an advantage but not a must)
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office software
