Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate onboarding training for newly hired staff 2. Assist in research and design of modules and materials for onboarding and ongoing training of existing employees
3. Assist in monitoring and designing programs to accommodate the CPD needs of CPA staff
4. Address general job queries of staff
5. Assess potential training needs of existing staff by conducting regular catch-ups with employees REQUIREMENT
1. Graduate of BS Accountancy (CPA is a plus but not a requirement) 2. With at least 1yr or 2yr US Accounting and/or US Tax experience
3. Is enthusiastic to teach (very important. not all accountants can teach, and not all who can teach are really into doing it)
4. Curious. A person who keeps on asking why and loves to take the effort to find answers
5. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skill
6. Excellent research and presentation skills
7. Can tell a good story
8. Can establish a good rapport with employees
9. Photo and video editing skill is a plus but not required, as long as he/she is interested to learn how to do it (interested meaning he/she is into it, not just interested to get the position)
