Responsibilities:

• Create innovative training materials and engaging performance support resources that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Collaborate with the Learning/Training Lead to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of training programs to measure their effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
• Lead and manage your team effectively, contributing to key decisions that impact both your immediate team and multiple cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning content development, ensuring that all materials are current and effective.
• Provide solutions to problems, not just within your team but also across multiple teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 5 years in training development, with specific experience in SAP HR Training and SuccessFactors
• Proficient in developing a variety of learning materials, including reference guides, simulations, and EnableNow simulations.
• Capable of conducting comprehensive training assessments.
• Experience in change management activities, including developing change strategy plans, communication plans, and executing user engagement
• Relevant certifications in instructional design, training, or SAP SuccessFactors would be good to have
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
