  • 5 days' work week from 9am to 6pm * Work from home arrangement (only need to return office when required) * Office location: Tanjong Pagar * 12 month contract, renewable subject to projec 5 days' work week from 9am to 6pm Work from home arrangement (only need to return office when required) Office location: Tanjong Pagar 12 month contract, renewable subject to project needs Key Scope: Incumbent will be required to schedule, coordinate and manage the courses assigned To provide general admin and logistic support for trainings and events (registration, enquiry, data entry, physical room/zoom setup and etc.) Provide training support to trainer/facilitators and trainees Assist in the preparation of training and/or promotional materials Provide excellent and timely internal and external customer service. Perform any other ad hoc duties as and when required by Project Manager The ideal candidate should be/have: 1 to 2 years of training administration experience highly preferred Proficient in MS Office applications. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Positive attitude and willing to learn.
