Trust Management Centre has become a leading organisation in the development and delivery of quality customized training through serving the needs of some 180 Private and Government Offices; since our inception in 1998. We provide for training for both Corporate and Public clients up to the Executive Level, across the region.
The role requires you to:-
1) Analyse the school\'s training needs for various student demographics
2) Determine suitable training programmes & methods
3) Communicate with client\'s on the interventions taken & it\'s impact
4) Facilitate Group Discussions
5) Develop Contextualised Learning Materials
6) Co-ordinate training events
If you write well, have an eye for detail, have a psychology or human resources background, is hardworking and driven, able to work independently, highly resourceful & sets high standards - you would be a great fit!
You will report to the Lead Consultant.
