Training & Development Manager
Contract:1-year
Salary:Up to $7,500
Working Hours:5-day work week

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead training and development initiatives, ensuring programs align with organizational goals and enhance workforce capabilities.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement training strategies based on organizational needs.
Conduct learning needs assessments and design effective programs.
Create, test, and refine training materials for quality and relevance.
Coordinate training schedules and manage attendance.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for program delivery.
Maintain training documentation and administrative systems.
Oversee in-house training sessions and monitor effectiveness.
Manage stakeholders across various levels and business units.

Requirements

Degree in a relevant field preferred.
5-7 years of experience in training and development, including 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong background in service delivery and performance metrics.
ACTA certification and call center experience are advantageous.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver innovative solutions.
