1. To identify training needs of Crew, Asst Duty Officers (ADO) and Duty Officers (DOs) and recommend appropriate training to enhance their skills and knowledge
2. To conduct crew training (new PT Crew, Interns and new FT staff who are required to perform shifts) to prepare them to perform at the climbing gyms. The training includes counter service (handle RGP/POS), safety training, safety inspection and use of When-to-Work (W2W rostering system.
3. To conduct crew training for ADOs and DOs and follow up on their performance to prepare them to perform at the climbing gyms.
4. To keep track of performance of crew, Interns, ADOs and Duty Officers (DO) and provide the necessary counselling, retraining.
5. To review OJT and probation checklists of Crew and Duty Officer (DO) periodically
6. To conduct interviews of crew and Internship applicants to assess their suitability for Crew or Intern positions
7. To conduct customer service training of Crew, ADOs and DOs
8. To conduct Instructor training for new Instructors and refresher training of current pool of Instructors
9. To conduct Supervisory Skills/Leadership Skills training for Operations Managers and Operations Executive
10. To conduct safety training including organising First Aid training, keep track of First Aid refresher training for DOs and Instructors and arrange required re-certification/renewal
11. To keep track of Wall Supervisor Course of FT staff and Instructors and arrange for the renewal
12. To follow up on the withholding of course fee for training courses completed and advise Payroll to release the fee when "bond service" has completed
13. To schedule shortlisted applicants for crew training, OJT and probationary shifts
14. To handle crew rostering to ensure optimal manpower to operate the gyms during the week and weekend/PH
15. To promptly respond whenever crew drop their shifts or due to unforeseen circumstances
16. To provide support in terms of employee engagement, enhance retention as part of the employee life cycle
17. To handle crediting of season and multi passes to staff and directors
Secondary Responsibilities
Floor Operations as a Crew / Duty Officer (DO)
- To value-add overall climbing experience and ensure safety and service standards for customers and staff
- To undertake 1-2 shifts a week that may include an opening/ closing shift during the week
- To engage customers and PT Crew and Interns when at the gyms to hear their feedback to enhance customer service delivery and crew rostering

Education and Work Experience

- 1 - 2 years in delivering training
- Bachelor or Diploma in Sports Management, Outdoor Learning, Sports Coaching
