As the Training Executive, you will primarily be responsible for the preparation, coordination, and execution of face-to-face / virtual conference training courses and the day-to-day training operations and events.
This includes answering of public enquiries, preparation of pre-course sessions such as creation on video conferencing platforms, arrangement of any logistics needed, coordination with trainers and other stakeholders, and hosting of the events themselves on-site physically or virtually. Most of our courses have assessments; hence, you will also be part of the team to execute and invigilate the assessments.
You will also provide administrative support for post-course events, including the preparation of all training documents, such as evaluation reports and certificates to be sent to clients. You will manage the learning management system (LMS) and process the training grants claims for training courses.
Applicants should be meticulous, dedicated, highly responsive, and have excellent time management skills.

Job Requirements
Possess a Diploma and above
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality, meticulous, dedicated and excellent time management skills.
Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Highly adaptable to fast and dynamic working environment.
