• Provide administrative support for the training academy\'s operations.
• Assist to establish and publish the monthly training calendar.
• Liaise with Trade Partners\xe2\x80\x99 training coordinators on training related matters and queries.
• Conduct trainings for Trade Partner\xe2\x80\x99s training coordinators in the use of the online training management system.
• Facilitate training bookings and correspondences in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage and oversee the printing and issuance of training materials and resources.
• Liaise with external training providers for the delivery of training for staff and workers.
• Assist with the tracking of HSE training data and statistics and preparation of reports.
• Ensure all staff and contractor training records/data are maintained in a traceable and easily accessible manner.
• Data verification and assurance of the proper registration of personnel in the workplace and manpower management biometrics system.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

• Relevant experience with proven ability to deliver on assigned tasks
• Proven integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
