• Directly Reporting to Training Head: Collaborate closely with our Training Head, providing essential support to ensure our training initiatives are a resounding success.
• Training Preparation: Assist in the meticulous preparation of training materials, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully crafted to facilitate effective learning.
• Coordination: Take charge of coordinating training sessions, from preparing attendance lists to arranging training materials and facilities. Keep a close eye on attendance and promptly report any absentees.
• Support: Be the go-to person for training participants, addressing their queries with professionalism and expertise, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Administrative work: Perform administrative work, from generating reports to keeping training-related documentation organized and up-to-date.

Requirements:

• Possess some training related experience, or passionate in exploring the training sector
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Good PowerPoint and video editing skills
• Meticulous and have the eye for details.
