• RESPONSIBILITIES *

Mechanical Section :

• Perform Sheetmetal repair & assembly of aircraft structural components
• Carry out Sheetmetal repair, part forming, part replacement, major component assembly & disassembly
• Able to use Alignment Jig/ASMJ for repairs

Composite Section :

• Perform Sheetmetal repair & assembly of aircraft structural components
• Carry out vacuum bagging, metal to metal bonding, wet and dry lay-up of composite materials, honeycomb machining, bond jig fabrication, basic assembly work, operating of curing oven & autoclave, using heat con for local bonding process
• For both positions:
• Execute basic troubleshooting in repair work
• Clear routing upon job completion
• Ensure repairs are carried out according to repair schemes/routing
• Perform inspection to determine the defects and its dispositions
• Maintain high quality of work output and a safe 5S environment in the workshop
