About Our Client
Our client is a globally renowned coffeehouse chain, soon opening in Singapore, bringing its iconic hospitality and premium coffee experience to the city. Our client is a one of America\'s most treasured brands, known for its freshly brewed coffee, delicious baked goods, and welcoming atmosphere. As they prepare to introduce their brand to Singapore, they are seeking a for a Training Manager to join their team.
- Plan and execute in-house training programmes for all employees
- Provide on-the-job training for employees and monitor the application of learning at F&B outlets
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and prepare training reports
- Design, develop, and maintain Company Training Materials, including e-learning
- Conduct Employee Training Needs Analysis
- Work with global & regional offices to follow training guidelines
- Source for suitable training courses for employees
- Application of training grants and other relevant funding schemes
- About 5 years\' experience in Training in F&B
- Coffee experience is a plus
- Comfortable in conducting stand-up training
- Keen interest in developing e-learning training
- Good communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders during training
