Designing and delivering a full spectrum of learning and development initiatives as part of organizational capability development.
Create online learning programs
Assess employees' capabilities through learning needs analysis to understand current /anticipated gaps in knowledge and skills set
Identify relevant WSQ courses and customer service programs to support life-long learning Initiatives
Conduct onboarding, orientation and service excellence in alignment with organization vision mission
In-charge of the trainee internships from various schools
Manage government initiatives for the hotel sector
Work closely with various departments to develop OJT for new staff / trainee
Conduct interviews and coach trainees
. Undertaking any other related task/duty that may be assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years' experience training Institution
. Full ACTA qualification
. Familiar with government initiatives
. Excellent interpersonal, planning & organisational skills.
. Attention to details on the deliverables and being meticulous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
