Roles Responsibilities
This position reports to the director of operations and interfaces with Organisation managers. Eagle I Security Services Pte. Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Trainee will understand the basic framework of the company and learn how the company handles training curriculums and quality assurance processes
2. Trainee will learn how to implement over quality strategy to drive and improve operations while maintaining good standards across the company. Trainee will manage quality assurance policies and activities.
3. Trainee will be able to develop and oversee training curriculums by studying existing training approaches and strategies. Trainee will learn how to conduct such trainings in a productive manner.
4. Trainee will be in-charge of a group of instructors to review their competency framework. Trainee will be able to ensure all instructors develop excellent delivery skills and technical knowledge to ensure quality of training.
