Responsibilities:
Deliver foundation training, on product knowledge and sales propositions to New Hires on a monthly basis
Develop and deliver skills-based training
Ensure training materials and curriculum are updated on a timely manner
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop training slides for product launches and deliver launch trainings to respective sellers from different channel
Liaise with internal/external partners to coordinate training schedules
Perform emcee duties for company events
Speak at customer events or seminars on topics relating to insurance
Lead or be part of squad to drive projects or initiatives
Fulfil any other roles related to Training when required
Familiar with administration and tracking of ongoing regulatory requirements for appointed representative
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the relevant field
Skilled in driving influence and building rapport with decision makers across all levels of partners and prospects organisations
Highly disciplined in delivery, effective status tracking and monitoring
Confident presenter with strong communication skills
Candidates with prior experience in financial advisory roles and CMFAS qualifications preferred
