Located at Paya Lebar

Office hour: 8.30am - 6pm (5 days)

Up to $2500

(2 years contract position, with chance of extension or conversion to perm)

Jobscope:

\xc2\xb7 Plan and prepare schedules for ACLP, DDDLP, WLF, CPD, MLPD programmes,

\xc3\x98 Plan and assign Adult Educators (AE-Trainers)

\xc3\x98 Plan and allocate classrooms

\xc3\x98 Plan and book for catering - refreshments.

\xc3\x98 Publish and open training cohorts for registration via TMS and Website.

\xc3\x98 Updating of ADMS tracking file.

\xc2\xb7 Plan and prepare corporate schedules.

\xc3\x98 Working with clients regarding their preferred schedule.

\xc3\x98 Liaising with AEs and Clients regarding trainers\' availability.

\xc2\xb7 Manage training resources - classrooms and AEs.

\xc3\x98 Facilitating venues to accommodate class size.

\xc2\xb7 To ensure that there are at least 4 full cohort published weekly amounting to 14 cohorts per month and 168 full cohorts on TMS and website for ACLP Programmes.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in the monthly AE payment report.

\xc2\xb7 Providing AEs with the name list 2 weeks prior to programme commencement.
