1. Role Description

A Training Specialist is an individual who is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for organizations. They work with various departments within a company to identify their training needs, and then create tailored programs to meet those needs. The training programs may be in-person, online, or a combination of both. The Training Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the training programs are effective, engaging, and meet the desired learning outcomes. They also evaluate the success of the training programs and make improvements where necessary. They may work with trainers and subject matter experts to create training materials and programs, and may also deliver training sessions themselves.

Responsible for delivering training programs to employees, either in-person or online. They should have strong communication and presentation skills and be able to engage participants and facilitate learning
