JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary Function/Primary Goals/Objectives:
Responsible for providing support for training and employee development activities. Lead the management and execution of training matrices and accurate training assignment in Learning Management System. Identify training needs and providing recommendation to stakeholder for improvement of employees\xe2\x80\x99 performance. Provide instructional design expertise and create training material that meet learning needs intent and enhance learning retention. Has competency to act as coach/SME in the different aspects of training scope for collaboration with stakeholders in achieving tasks and improvement projects timely.
