Responsibilities:

Curation of company\xe2\x80\x99s core training plan in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business/operations\xe2\x80\x99 objectives.

Review learning plan and execution processes to meet capability development and enhancement objectives.

Partner with Operations and Human Resource to seek government training grants, meeting approval requirements and status update.

Review and establish training framework for employees to meet operational needs.

Source for, negotiate and coordinate with external training providers for standard and customized training packages and/or software.

Develop and/or update training materials.

Manage, maintain and archive training records and generate reports.

Be familiarized with training requirements, plan, schedule and enroll participants.

Responsible for the administration of training sessions, including the setting up of the training room and attendance taking.

Conduct and facilitate training as required.

Evaluate training effectiveness.

Responsible for monitoring and tracking certification and eye-test validity of employees and issuing notice of renewal applications and certification stamps.

Responsible for onboarding training resources availability.

Support audits on training and certification program.

Responsible for SAP Labor Hours compilation for training.

Any other duty as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any related discipline.

At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in training management and liaising with Certified Training Centre (CTC).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Relevant experience in the aviation sector as trainer is preferred.

Candidates with ACTA or ACLP qualifications will be advantageous.

Knowledge of SAP & Workday Learning is an added advantage.
