What the role is:ISD confronts and addresses threats to Singapore\'s internal security and stability, and plays a central role in countering threats such as those posed by foreign subversive elements, espionage, racial and religious extremism, and terrorism. As Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our training strategy, overseeing trainer development programmes, driving the success of talent managing our Trainers, and supporting the assessment, evaluation and Risk Assessment framework. From assessing the training needs to managing budget and resources to implementation and evaluation of training programmes and events, you will be at the forefront of empowering our trainers to fulfil their potential.What you will be working on:The successful candidate will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Review, facilitate and execute Trainer Incentive framework and activities for trainers \xe2\x80\xa2 Support in the development of Adjunct Trainers\' competencies in alignment with the Home Team Trainer Competency Development Roadmap (TCDR). \xe2\x80\xa2 Support in the development of robust assessment and evaluation frameworks, plans, tools and methods for in-house training programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support in the development and review of in-house training programs\' Risk Management and Safety assessment policies and processes, and Safety audit plans for in-house training programs in accordance to Home Team (HT) Safety policies.What we are looking for:

• Degree in any disciplines (Human Resource or L&D disciplines are preferred) or equivalent competencies \xe2\x80\xa2 ACTA/ACLP or DACE/DDDLP certified. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong written and verbal communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable in the use of Power BI. \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player and meticulous with details. \xe2\x80\xa2 Only Singaporeans need apply.
