JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose:

Execute and process payments to cover liabilities from legal entity perspective end to end from invoice to bank.

Drive and manage activities:

Daily revision to ensure execution payments to be processed correctly according with payment programme matrix.

Payment creation and consolidation (ordinary and extraordinary payment)

Ensure payment is correctly processed by bank.

Ensure authorization of payments by POA.

Master data bank details Management

Bank directory update and bank blocked Management

Creation of financial report related with standard payment process

Candidate Profile:

University degree in Accounting or Banking

Have working experience of 1-2 years in bank documentation and payments

Experience with using SAP and TMS

Proficient with Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word, Excel)
