Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments, and multinational corporations, this team covers fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Transfer Agency, Product Delivery Senior Business Analyst.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will

• Lead and drive delivery of key Transfer Agency (TA) Product initiatives across APAC, with a focus on Singapore and collaborating closely with Senior Stakeholders and other functions to manage initiatives from inception through to delivery ensuring appropriate reporting and governance
• Maintain close and positive working relationship with all teams across Product, Operations and Technology including vendors to ensure cohesive and timely delivery
• Own and manage business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
• Serve as a lead representative in Singapore for TA related projects and and act as a key point of contact for regional stakeholders
• Design and implement adequate oversight of outsourced activities
• Effective reporting of project timeline, milestones and OKR outcomes to project sponsors and outcome owners across value streams
• Drive governance that is accountable, meaningful, and aligned with Group practices and promote an environment of inclusion, diversity, collaboration and trust within the Group, helping teams to define the plans and to remove their barriers to delivery
• Promote the value of challenging the status quo, seeking to improve ways of working and having a forward-thinking mind-set, in line with the Group's Values and Strategy

Requirements
To be successful you will need
Knowledge

• Strong experience of Transfer Agency product, where experience in a business analysis/project management/system development role a distinct advantage
• Background and experience in other funds product types would be an added advantage
• Change delivery practices including a working knowledge of a range of delivery practices including agile methodology

Experience

• Influencing and negotiating at Director and Managing Director levels within a similar commercial environment and an innovating thinker in touch with the latest technologies developments and an ability to challenge ways of working and think Agile and Continuous Improvement
• Inspires trust through credibility evidenced via exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Strategic thinker with ability to execute strategy through to delivery outcomes
