Job Description

As a member of Group Technology & Transformation Architecture team, you will be responsible to identify and drive adoption of emerging technologies and innovative solutions to support Group\xe2\x80\x99s digital transformation agenda.

• Identify, incubate, obtain approval, and drive adoption of emerging technologies and innovative solutions to modernise technology architecture
• Promote bank-wide usage of emerging technologies and cloud-native architecture\xe2\x80\x99 value proposition through constant engagement with business and technology teams
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) to test & learn emerging technology solutions/tools to encourage fast adoption and manage downside risks
• Define, document and obtain approval of target architecture, solution design, guiding principles and direction of use for recommended emerging technologies and solutions
• Scan emerging technology landscape and trends to scout potential solutions/platforms for adoptions
• Proactively assess architecture landscape to identify key gaps/challenges, prioritise opportunities to uplift digital architecture landscape
• Define & institutionalise emerging technology operating model, including prioritisation & evaluation framework, portfolio dashboard tracking etc.
• Drive new ways of working \xe2\x80\x93 cultivate outcome rather than activity based approach and agile but time boxed delivery

• 10-15 years of hands-on experience in emerging technologies, innovative solutions, cloud native architecture or a unique combination of these discipline
• Experience with management consulting or similar organisation is highly valued to advocate emerging technologies and conceptualise highly complex yet digitally innovative solutions
• Deep understanding of emerging technologies and trends e.g. Cloud-native technologies/platforms, Blockchain, IoT, AI/ML, Data analytics, DevOps tools
• Experience in Financial Services with a focus on digital transformation and innovation
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, internal and/or external
• Able to lead, manage or influence others to achieve desired objectives & drive outcomes
• Must be a team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
• Must be highly reliable, trustworthy, honest, and commitment oriented,
• Strong ownership and accountability
