The Digital Transformation Office (DTO) is looking for a UX Engineer / UI/UX Developer Trainee to support the development and prototyping of digital services.
In this hands-on role, you will have the opportunity to design, prototype, and test new digital solutions that aim to improve how staff and residents interact with community services
[What you will be working on]
Digital Transformation Activities: Prototyping, Analysis & Innovation
You will create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new digital solutions, working closely with DTO officers and stakeholders to iterate and improve designs based on feedback.
You will contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help ensure the quality of digital systems, tracking defects, conducting tests, and refining solutions.
You will experiment with new technologies, such as AI-assisted tools or automation, to improve DTO's service offerings and engage residents in new ways.
Throughout your traineeship, you will work on real-world prototypes, assist in digital service trials, and participate in business process reengineering (BPR) activities.
Some understanding of UI/UX design principles: with creative and analytical thinking skills to translate requirements with User Experience in mind for prototyping
Collaboration & Communication: You should have strong collaborative skills and be comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve project goals, with an attention to detail.
