• This position is responsible for accurately providing simultaneous interpretation of daily and ad-hoc meetings among internal and external key stakeholders, as well as translating documents and emails. To be successful, the incumbent should be well-versed in both the English and Korean languages and have a firm understanding of the automotive/manufacturing field in which they will be translating.

• Center to lead paradigm shift in mobility value chain, spanning the entire lifecycle of vehicles.
• The group will build a customer-centered smart mobility environment where products are tailored to customer needs and mobility services would enrich its customers\' lives.

:

• In simultaneous interpreting, renders an oral translation of the material at the time it is being spoken.
• Reads and rewrites technical documents in the specified language, following established rules pertaining to factors such as word meanings, sentence structure, grammar, punctuation, and mechanics.
• Serves as an interpreter at seminars, speeches, meetings, and teleconferences, providing consecutive or simultaneous translation between languages.
• Listens to complete statements in one language, translates them into the second language, and translates responses from the second language back into the first language; expresses either approximate or exact translations, depending on the nature of the occasion.
• Conducts prior research through reading and studying the subject to be discussed before the interpreting session.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in relevant disciplines (Translation & Interpretation, Arts & Humanities will be added an advantgage)
• At least 2 years of simultaneous interpretation experience for corporate environment.
• Fluent in English & Korean Language (Written & Spoken)
