Job Highlights

Responsibilities: -

• Maintain and report transport KPIs.
• Plan and schedule daily routes to operate at optimum level.
• Ensure accurate data is captured in the transport management system.
• Implement and maintain SOPs of transport department.
• Conduct investigation and suggest corrective & preventive actions for any delivery discrepancies, accidents and customer complaints.
• Foster good relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ensure operational efficiency and participate in continuous improvement plan.
• Ensure compliance to safety standards by conducting audits and safety briefings to the staff and drivers.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent.
• Min 1 year of experience in related working experience. (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Flexible and able to work between day/night shifts as well on PH, weekends if required.
• Familiar with LTA and other local authorities' rules and regulations.
• Good interpersonal skills, a self-driven individual and has ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office i.e. Excel and Power Point.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
