If so, DHL Supply Chain Singapore is seeking a talented Transport Solution and Data/Reporting Specialist Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the optimization of our transportation solutions and processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Transport and Distribution team to design and develop innovative transportation solutions that align with customer requirements and DHL Supply Chain\'s service standards.
• Utilize your expertise in data analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization, route efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Take charge of gathering, organizing, and analyzing transportation data from various sources, including transportation management systems (TMS), carriers, and other relevant databases.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and performance metrics that influence transportation decisions.
• Prepare comprehensive transportation performance reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management and stakeholders. Use data insights to provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement in transportation operations.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to analyze transportation expenses and identify opportunities to optimize freight spend.
• Implement strategies for cost reduction and support the negotiation of contracts with carriers to achieve cost-effective transportation solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest transportation management technologies and automation tools.
• Propose, implement, and optimize technological solutions to enhance data analysis, reporting capabilities, and overall transportation efficiency.
• Evaluate existing transportation processes and workflows, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process enhancements to streamline operations, reduce lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in transportation data analysis, reporting, and solution development within the logistics industry.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and their application in logistics operations.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• A passion for staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to transportation logistics and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance is an advantage.
